The House with a Clock in It's Walls

Then I found out that the screenplay was written by Eric Kripke...and I was ALL IN! Kripke, the creator of one of my biggest fanmom obsessions, Supernatural, shared on social media that House with a Clock was his inspiration for SPN and that he included many 'easter eggs' in the script that the SPN family would pick up on.
So my sisters and I got together this past Sunday and hit the theater. Two of us love Supernatural, all of us are Harry Potter fans, and we all enjoyed this movie!
There are a few moments in the movie that might be a bit scary for young viewers. I even jumped a couple of times, and there are some creepy dolls/animatrons in there so beware! Overall I would give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. (Look at me trying to be a movie reviewer, lol!) One thing I didn't know was that this film was based on a book by the same name, so I'm definitely going to be checking that out.
Anyway, back to Kripke...
Leading up to the movie's release, Kripke and many of the Supernatural stars began promoting the film on Twitter. One of the ways he promoted it to the SPN family was to offer a copy of the pilot script, autographed mind you, if you posted a photo of you and at least two more of your own "SPN family," holding your tickets from seeing the film opening weekend. So we did! Now I'm just patiently waiting to hear back from someone about getting my copy. If/when I get it, I will certainly let you know...after I'm done squeeing and dancing around my living room!
